    Our wedding packages start at $75,000 and includes all four Hilltop Properties.
  • Pools
    The pools open around May 15th and close around September 15th. Those dates vary dependent on the weather. Heating is available, ask for pricing.
  • Do you provide propane for the gas grills?
    Yes
  • Are linens supplied?
    Yes, professionally cleaned and pressed, hotel- quality linens are supplied. All beds are made prior to your arrival.
  • Do you allow music?
    No outdoor music is allowed. Indoor music can be played at a reasonable volume. Our property is located in a residential area and we respect the surrounding areas.
  • Do you supply towels?
    Yes, we supply bath towels and face cloths. We suggest you bring beach towels for the pool.

  • What size bed does each room have?
    Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Bedroom 5 has a queen bed. Bedroom 6 has a queen bed. Bedroom 7 has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top.
  • What is the bedroom / bathroom layout?
    • Bedroom 1 = private full bathroom
    • Bedroom 2&3 = shared full bathroom
    • Bedroom 4 = hallway full bathroom
    • Bedroom 5,6,7 = shared full bathroom in billiard room down the hall
  • What is supplied in each kitchen?
    The kitchen has standard pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, coffee mugs, coffee pot and toaster.
  • Are coffee filters supplied?
    Yes, the kitchen has a standard coffee pot with filters.
  • Do you supply garbage bags?
    No. We only supply an initial garbage bag in each can upon your arrival.
  • How do we get the key to enter the home?
    Someone will meet you at the home to check you in and provide the door code.
  • Do you have a washer and dryer?
    Yes.
  • Do you supply dish detergent for the dishwasher?
    Yes.
  • Is there daily housekeeping available?
    Yes, we offer mid-stay or daily housekeeping services, upon request for an additional fee of $35 per hour per housekeeper with a minimum of two hours.
  • Can I bring my Pet?
    Yes, our rental is pet friendly. A pet fee and additional security deposit will be required. For more information, please contact us.
  • Do you allow smoking?
    Smoking is not permitted inside the home, but we provide designated area outside for smoking. We ask that cigarette butts are properly disposed of and not discarded on the property.
  • Do you supply toilet paper?
    There are two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We suggest you bring additional toilet paper.
  • Do you have a conference room?
    Yes, we do have a conference room which is available for business meetings. With the owners pre approval, it is also available for rent for special events or parties.
  • Is there internet access?
    Yes, there is high speed wifi throughout the Farmhouse. A password will be provided upon check-in.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Normal check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m., however we do offer early check-in and late check-out times for a fee with the owners approval.
